Starting Tuesday March 24th the store will no longer be open to the public as usual. I know I'm not an essential business in the eyes of the government, but this business is essential to me and my livelihood. (And my and others sanity.) So I will be doing half hour store rentals for private shopping.
It is $5 a person, age 15 and up, per half hour. This goes to keep us in business, pay our bills and such even if you don't find anything to buy during your shopping trip, since we are having a major reduction in customers by doing this.
You may have a max of 3 adults at a time and max family of 5 (we understand if you can't leave your children at home by themselves.) I will not put people together to get up to the three people. It is you and whoever you bring with you, so you know who you are shopping near/with. You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entry to reduce contamination in the store. If I deem you sick, I reserve the right to kick you out. An updated schedule will be kept on our Facebook page and the door to the store with what times are taken. I accept reservations over the phone, by email or fabebook message. But to have accurate and non overlapping time scheduled, phone appointments will come first for time slots. Payment for reservations is due upon entry, the doors will be locked during the day to stop walk ins! When you are here for the appointment you may knock or call the store phone for entry.
I will also still be taking orders from online (Check out the whole store by photo in the Shop the Store album on our Facebook) and I have reserved the first half hour for pick ups. Again, call from the parking lot or knock to get your orders, you can be let in to pay by card, but will not be allowed to wander the store.
I will be doing my best to sanitize between private shops for everyone's safety.
I hope this is a good comprise to keep everyone social distances but also get you out of the house and not go stir crazy, and keep our small business afloat.
